business hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

We do want to make sure that your alarm is well maintained, but a well
installed system should easily make it years without any service
required.
If for any reason you have a problem, we will gladly come out and take
care of your problems for reasonable rates.
False Alarms are a huge concern and cost taxpayers huge amounts of money
responding to them. We install and maintain our alarm systems to the
highest standards and strive for zero false alarms.
If for any reason you have a problem, we will likely contact you to
schedule a service call to repair the issue before it gets to the fine
stage.
