If your phone line was to be cut or tampered with, it could affect the ability of your system to properly transmit an alarm signal. Over 99% of all alarm systems in the United States transmit their signals in this way. However, over the past few years, burglars have become more aware of this fact and often cut phone lines before they break in. In most cases, a "cut phone line" condition can not be detected. But, the fact remains that even if the line is cut, and detected, an actual alarm signal still can not be transmitted. The police can not be dispatched just because a "cut phone line" has been detected. Now WE have the solution.  This is NOT cellular, it's about 20 times faster and infinitely more secure.  Cellular technology has gone through a shift from analog to digital (GSM) right now for alarm transmissions.  The GSM network is scheduled to be replaced within about 4 years too!  Don't get stuck with obsolete equipment for a second time.  There is a minimal additional monthly charge for use of this equipment, but no more phone line charges!
